EXE ARENA welcomes users to share their gameplay experiences through video uploads and live streams. We have established these guidelines to ensure that everyone can enjoy creating and sharing video content and live streams with confidence. As long as you comply with these guidelines, you may upload videos and conduct live streams without prior application or individual permission, to the extent that the EXE ARENA team has the authority to grant such permission. 1. Eligible Content These guidelines apply to officially released game content from EXE ARENA. You may upload videos and images or conduct live streams featuring content such as: - Gameplay commentary and live streams - Battle videos featuring Ranked Battles, Free Battles, and other matches - Battle and spectating videos from official tournaments and user-hosted tournaments - Card introductions, deck-building guides, strategy guides, tutorials, commentary, and reviews - Gameplay videos featuring gacha pulls and in-game events - Gameplay screenshots, short videos, and highlight clips However, if the EXE ARENA team separately prohibits or restricts the distribution of certain content, those specific restrictions will take precedence. 2. Video Uploads and Live Streaming You may upload videos and conduct live streams on video-sharing platforms and social media services such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Niconico, and X. When uploading or streaming content, please observe the following: - Use footage of your own gameplay or footage captured through official in-game spectating features. - We welcome videos featuring commentary, explanations, or creative editing. However, recordings of your own matches may be uploaded with or without commentary or narration. - Comply with the terms of service and guidelines of each video-sharing platform or social media service. - Respect the rights and privacy of other players and third parties. Use of Official Assets EXE ARENA provides official assets through its "MediaKit" for use in video production, social media posts, fan content creation, and other related activities. The MediaKit includes official assets such as character images, concept art, and logos. In particular, altering the aspect ratio, colors, or shape of the EXE ARENA logo is strictly prohibited. Redistribution or sale of the original official asset files is also prohibited. 4. Monetization Individual creators may use the standard monetization features provided by their respective video-sharing or live-streaming platforms. Permitted monetization methods include: - Revenue generated from video advertisements on platforms such as YouTube - Monetization programs offered by streaming platforms such as Twitch - Viewer support through Super Chats, tips, donations, gifts, and similar features - Platform-provided monetization features such as channel memberships and subscriptions However, please contact the EXE ARENA team in advance for the following types of use: - Monetized use by companies or organizations - Advertising campaigns or sponsored collaborations involving EXE ARENA - Use of official assets by companies or organizations for advertising, products, services, or other commercial purposes - Any other commercial use that exceeds the scope of ordinary video uploads or live streaming In addition, selling gameplay footage or official assets themselves as products, or selling individual video content on a pay-per-video basis, is not permitted. 5. Tournament and Battle Streaming EXE ARENA welcomes community activities centered around player battles and tournaments. ■ Regular Battles You are generally free to stream or upload videos of matches in which you participate, including Ranked Battles and Free Battles. However, harassment of other players and any misconduct involving the misuse of live streaming are prohibited. ■ User-Hosted Tournaments For user-hosted tournaments held within the game, tournament organizers and participants are generally permitted to provide live commentary, stream matches, and upload battle videos. Matches that are available for spectating through official in-game features may also be streamed or uploaded. Tournament organizers are encouraged to inform participants in advance whether matches will be streamed or recorded to help ensure smooth tournament operations. ■ Official Tournaments For official tournaments hosted by the EXE ARENA team, any tournament-specific streaming rules will take precedence over these guidelines. Unless otherwise restricted, participants may stream or upload footage of their own gameplay, as well as matches that are available for spectating through official in-game features. However, reposting, rebroadcasting, or uploading highlight clips using official tournament broadcast footage or commentary audio is prohibited unless separately authorized by the EXE ARENA team. Any actions that compromise tournament fairness or exploit live streaming to gain an unfair competitive advantage are also prohibited. 6. Unreleased Content Uploading videos or conducting live streams featuring game content that has not yet been officially released, or information that has not been made publicly available by the EXE ARENA team, is prohibited unless explicitly authorized. This includes gameplay footage from development versions, unreleased cards or features, and game data that has not yet been made publicly available. 7. Prohibited Activities The following types of video uploads, image posts, and live streams are prohibited: 1. Content that violates applicable laws, public order or morals, the game's Terms of Service, or these guidelines. 2. Content involving defamation, discrimination, harassment, threats, or other abusive behavior toward other players or third parties. 3. Content that discloses another player's personal information or private account information without their permission. 4. Content that performs, promotes, encourages, or facilitates cheating, the use of unauthorized tools, data manipulation, exploitation of bugs, or other forms of misconduct. 5. Match-fixing, collusion, intentional manipulation of match outcomes, interference with matches through the misuse of live streaming, or other actions that compromise fair competition. 6. Content that falsely implies it is an official EXE ARENA broadcast or content produced by or affiliated with the EXE ARENA team. 7. Reposting or rebroadcasting official streams or videos uploaded by third parties without permission from the relevant rights holders. 8. Extracting and independently publishing or distributing in-game background music, sound effects, voice recordings, illustrations, animations, or other game assets. 9. Content that seriously damages the rights, reputation, credibility, or public image of EXE ARENA, its affiliates, or third parties. 10. Any other content or activities deemed inappropriate by the EXE ARENA team. These restrictions are not intended to prohibit legitimate criticism, reviews, evaluations, or constructive suggestions for improving the game. 8. Copyright and Third-Party Rights All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to characters, card illustrations, music, videos, and other content included in EXE ARENA belong to EXE ARENA or their respective rights holders. These guidelines do not transfer ownership of any such rights to users. If the game includes music, illustrations, or other content owned by third parties, additional restrictions may apply to their use. Please comply with any specific usage restrictions separately announced by the EXE ARENA team. 9.
