This Privacy Policy explains, in detail, important information regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of user information gathered on our website, https: //exearena.com/ (the “Site”), and in the game “ExeArena” (the “Game”). EA provides this Privacy Policy to help you understand how your personal information is used by us and what choices you have regarding that use. By using the Site or the Game, you agree that we may collect, use, disclose, and process your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and the Game and does not apply to any other websites, products, or services accessible through or linked from the Site or the Game. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of other websites you visit before providing information to them. While our values remain constant, the Site and the Game will evolve over time, and this Privacy Policy will change to reflect that evolution. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. In certain cases, if we make material changes, we may provide additional notice by posting a statement on our homepage. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our practices.
