References to Paid ARK on this page include Non-expiring ARK. Free ARK ARK granted free of charge as rewards, compensation, purchase bonuses, or similar grants. Purchase Display For products that grant both Paid ARK and Free ARK, the breakdown will be displayed on the purchase screen. Use ARK may be used for eligible content within EXE ARENA. Consumption Order As a general rule, Free ARK is consumed first, with any shortfall deducted from Paid ARK. Paid ARK-only content consumes Paid ARK. Cross-Platform Treatment Paid ARK can only be displayed and used on the operating system on which it was purchased. Free ARK may be shared across supported operating systems. Balance Separate balances for iOS purchases (Non-expiring ARK), Android purchases (Paid ARK), and Free ARK can be checked in the in-game My Page, Shop, and other applicable screens. Expiration Non-expiring ARK (iOS purchases) All ARK purchased on iOS is classified as Non-expiring ARK and has no expiration date. Paid ARK (Android purchases) Expires at the same time on the corresponding date six calendar months after it is credited. If that date does not exist, it expires at the same time on the last day of that month. For example, ARK credited on January 5 at 12:00 expires on July 5 at 12:00. The expiration date and time for each grant are displayed in the game. Free ARK Expires at the end of the sixth calendar month, counting the month of grant as the first month. For example, Free ARK granted in January expires on June 30 at 23:59. ARK expiring during the current month is displayed in the game. Account Deletion Once account deletion requested by the user is completed, all Paid ARK and Free ARK held in the account are forfeited and cannot be restored. Account deletion does not entitle the user to a refund of ARK. This does not limit refund rights under applicable law or refunds granted by the relevant platform. Refunds ARK is not refundable except where a refund is available under applicable law or granted by the relevant platform.
